Chocolate also help us to avoid heart disease as it lowers the blood pressure and also lowers the cholesterol in our body. Chocolate can make us feel pleasure as it stimulates endorphin productions and also contains serotonin which acts as anti-depressant. One of the facts that you might not know, Mexican healers use chocolate to treat bronchitis and insect bites. If you want to diminish appetite, just drink a cup of hot yummy chocolate before meals. And for MAN, if you eat this, you may live a year longer than those who don't. People also said that eating chocolate may cause addiction, it is a WRONG statement.
